How customers can view their points balance

A customer’s points balance reflects the number of points they’ve accumulated in your store, which can later be redeemed for rewards. Customers can easily check their points balance through the Rewards widget on your storefront:

For users of Growave (starting from the Growth plan) and Shopify online Store 2.0, customers can also view their points balance on the Rewards page. This dedicated page provides more detailed information about available rewards and redemption options:
