Customers can check their VIP Tier status across five distinct touchpoints in Growave — the Rewards pop-up widget, the dedicated VIP tiers widget for the Rewards page, the VIP tiers section in the Rewards page extension, the Loyalty info widget, and the Loyalty info extension for Shopify customer account pages. This article maps each location so you can understand how your customers access tier information and track their progress toward the next level.

How to view VIP Tier status
Rewards pop-up widget
The Rewards pop-up widget is located in the bottom-right corner of your website by default.
Customers must be logged in to view their VIP Tier data.
Clicking the VIP Tiers section in the widget will show all available tiers in the shop, associated benefits, and the conditions required to advance to the next tier.

The VIP tiers widget for the dedicated Rewards page displays the following information:
The Goal (Milestone) required to achieve the tier, Points multiplier (if configured), Entry reward, and Perks (if configured).
A visual progress bar showing the customer's progress towards the next tier.

The Rewards page extension embeds a fully functional loyalty hub directly on the new customer accounts page.
