Overview
Growave account extensions allow you to embed loyalty and engagement features directly into your Shopify customer account pages. They allow customers to check their loyalty status, see points earned from recent orders, and leave reviews directly from their account dashboard.
Prerequisites
To use these extensions, your store must meet the following criteria:
Plan: You must be on the Growth plan or higher.
Shopify accounts type: Your store must use Shopify's New customer accounts (customers log in via a 6-digit code).
Login status: Extensions are only visible when the customer is logged into their account.
App status: The Rewards and Reviews programs must be active in Growave.
Installation methods
You can install these extensions using two methods: the Quick Install via Growave Admin or the Manual Install via Shopify Theme Editor.
Method 1: Quick install (Recommended)
This method automatically redirects you to the correct editor page with the extension ready to add.
In Growave admin, go to Onsite widgets.
Go to the Extensions for Shopify tab → Account extensions section.
Find the extension you need (e.g., Loyalty info) and click Add to store.
You will be redirected to the Shopify theme editor. The extension will be pre-selected; simply adjust its position if needed and click Save.

Method 2: Manual install via Shopify editor
In Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
Click Edit Theme next to your active theme.
Open the page selector menu at the top center and select Checkout and customer accounts.
Click the App blocks icon (four squares) in the left sidebar to see available extensions.
Click the + (Plus) icon next to the desired Growave extension.
A dropdown will appear showing which pages are compatible with that extension (e.g., "Add to Profile" or "Add to Orders"). Click on the desired page. The extension be added to that page.
Save changes.
Loyalty info
Display loyalty progress on the Profile and Orders pages.
Placement options
This extension is designed for the Profile and Orders pages within the customer account.
Customer view
The extension creates a comprehensive dashboard section showing:
Your points: The customer's current total balance with expiration date (if points expiration is enabled).
Your reward:
Customer does not have enough points for any rewards: Shows Earn [x] points more to redeem a reward.
Customer has enough points for any reward: Shows the reward value (e.g. 10% off available to redeem).
Customer has already earned/redeemed a reward: Shows the reward (e.g., "$10.00 off" ready to apply).
Referral program: A dedicated box with the customer's unique referral link and a "Copy" button.
1D barcode or 2D QR code icon: An icon that opens a modal window with the customer's Loyalty code image. Learn more about Shopify POS integration and Loyalty QR feature.
VIP Tiers: A progress bar showing their current status (e.g., "Gold") and what is needed to reach the next tier (depends on the selected milestone type).
"View rewards" button: By default, this button redirects customers to your store homepage and triggers Rewards pop-up widget (unless it is hidden in the Branding settings).
⚠️ Important
The Loyalty Info extension will display only active apps (Points, VIP Tiers, and Referrals). Disabled apps will not appear in this extension.
UI customization
Click on the Loyalty info block in the Shopify page editor to access these settings in the sidebar:
Redeem reward link: Enter a custom URL here to redirect the customers to this link instead of the home page.
⚠️ Important
Redeem Reward Link field in the Loyalty info extension for new customer accounts supports custom URLs only (not a dropdown of existing pages). For multilingual shops, setting a custom URL means the link will always lead to the default language page (e.g., English).
Points image URL: Upload or paste a link to a custom icon to replace the default "coins" icon next to the points balance.
VIP Tiers image URL: Upload or paste a link to a custom icon to replace the default "trophy" icon in the VIP section.
Text customization
You can edit labels of the Loyalty info extension under Growave admin → Branding → Languages. Search relevant UI texts or their parts and edit them under the Rewards Loyalty Info Widget UI Extension.

This extension is designed exclusively for the Order Status page.
Customer view
For each product in the completed order, the customer sees:
Prompt text: "We'd love your feedback!"
Write a review: A clickable link that opens the review form immediately.
Text customization
To change the text prompts, navigate to Growave admin → Branding → Languages. Search for the text you want to change under Reviews Ask Review Widget UI Extension and click Save after replacing the default text.

Earned points
Notify customers of points earned immediately after purchase.
Placement options
This extension is designed exclusively for the Order Status page.
Customer view
A notification banner appears between the purchased products list and order summary:
Success message: "You earned [X] points for this order."
Status icon: A green checkmark indicating successful earning.

Click on the Earned points block in the Shopify page editor to access settings in the sidebar:

Create a dedicated Loyalty & Rewards page within the customer account menu.
Placement options
This extension creates a new, separate page within the Customer accounts section.
Customer view
Customers can view their points balance, complete earning actions, redeem rewards, check VIP status, and share referral links.
Customization
There are no specific settings for this extension in the Shopify theme editor. It is ready to use immediately upon adding it.
Wishlists page extension
Embed a dedicated wishlist manager directly into the customer profile.
Placement options
This extension is designed exclusively for the Profile page page.
Customer view
Customers see a complete "My Wishlists" dashboard where they can manage their saved items. The interface includes:
Add a new list: A button to create custom boards for different categories or occasions.
Share: Social icons to share the wishlist via direct link, email, Facebook, Pinterest, X, or WhatsApp.
Filter and Sort: Dropdowns to filter items (e.g., All, Available) and sort them (e.g., Recently added, Price Low-High).
Options menu: Allows the customer to manage the active list (Rename, Mark as default list, Make private, or Delete).
Product grid: Displays saved items with a View Product button to navigate to the item's purchase page quickly.
Customization
There are no block-specific settings for this extension in the Shopify theme editor. It is ready to use immediately upon adding it.
