A Guide to the Post-Onboarding process
After installing the Growave application on your Shopify website and successfully completing the onboarding process, should you wish to enable any of the features (Reviews, Wishlist, Rewards) that you previously skipped, the step-by-step instructions are outlined below.
Proceed to the feature sections within your admin panel and select the feature you wish to activate.
Within that section, you will find a landing page containing a "Launch" button.
Next, please click on the "Launch program" button located on the bottom of the onboarding page to which you have been redirected.
During the final step, you will navigate back to the admin panel, now with the activated feature.
NOTE: If you have completed the onboarding process but subsequently disabled the Reviews or Wishlist features and now wish to reactivate them, please navigate to the desired feature in the Admin panel. Simply click the “Launch Program” button on the corresponding landing page.
After activating the app, the status of the feature will be set to “Enabled”.
Regarding the Rewards application, it is not possible to completely deactivate it as it comprises three distinct programs: Points, Referral Program, and VIP Tiers. Users have the option to enable the desired programs and disable the rest.
