The Review requests for past orders feature is available starting from the Growth plan. It allows you to engage customers who made purchases before Growave was installed or before the Reviews feature was activated. The Review requests for past orders feature is available starting from the Growth plan.
β οΈ Important
Review requests for past orders can only be sent once after your initial Growave setup. It is a one-time onboarding tool. Once triggered, the option will disappear from the Setup guide in the Home page. Customers will receive only one review request, and follow-ups are not available.
Key requirements
Review request emails for past orders will be sent if:
Review request emails are activated in Reviews β Notifications:
The order is Fulfilled, Paid, or Delivered (depending on what you select in Reviews β Settings β Review request rules β Send review requests based on order status:
The order was made through Shopify or its sales channels within the last 30 days.
The customer has not already left a review for the specific order or product.

Review requests for past orders will also consider the option selected in the "Choose who receives review request emails" section (All customers or Marketing subscribers only).
How to send review requests for past orders
During the post-onboarding process, you can access this feature directly from your admin panel.
Navigate to the Home page of your Growave admin panel.
Locate the Setup guide checklist.
Click on the Reviews section.
Click to send requests for orders completed within the last 30 days from the current date.

This action is optional, and you can skip it and return later to send review requests from the Setup guide checklist.
