Overview

The Home page is the main landing page of the admin panel, providing a performance overview, a quick setup guide, and support contact cards. It also includes the app status block with info on the App embeds and active widgets, and a referral offer block.

Performance summary

This section gives you a quick glance at your key metrics over the last 30, 60, or 90 days, including total revenue generated, new members, rewards redeemed, review requests sent, reviews collected, wishlists created, and items added to wishlists.

App setup status

This section allows you to verify the actual status of the Growave app based on App embeds and widgets within your specific Shopify themes.

⚠️ Important

The active widgets count only includes in-page app blocks added via the Onsite widgets menu. It does not include Rewards, Reviews, and Wishlist popups or Growave extensions for Shopify checkout and account pages.

  • App status: Displays the current App embeds status (e.g., Active or Inactive).

  • Select theme: Choose a specific theme from the dropdown to check widget installation.

  • Active app blocks: Click the active app blocks link to open a pop-up displaying exactly which widgets are installed on the selected theme. You can click the button inside the pop-up to navigate directly to Onsite widgets or click Close.

App setup status scenarios

Depending on your current configuration, the status and pop-up will display different information:

  • App embeds OFF + No widgets installed: The status will show as Inactive with 0 widgets installed. Clicking the widget link opens an empty state modal. You can click Go to onsite widgets to set them up for your active theme.

  • App embeds ON + No widgets installed: The status will show as Active with 0 widgets installed. The widget link will open an empty state modal.

  • App embeds OFF + Widgets are installed: The status will show as Inactive, but the widget count will display the actual number of installed widgets with a note: "Widgets will only appear on your storefront when the Growave app embed is enabled for the selected theme." Clicking the widgets link opens a modal showing your widget cards.

  • App embeds ON + Widgets are installed: The status will show as Active and display the actual number of installed widgets. Clicking the link opens a modal with your installed widget cards, a Go to onsite widgets button, and a Close button.

βœ… Pro tip:

To install widgets on a draft theme, navigate to your Shopify admin and go to Online store β†’ Themes β†’ Draft themes β†’ Edit theme. Select your page, activate App embeds, and add Growave widgets from the right-side menu (Add section β†’ Apps).
