A brief guide to the key metrics for Rewards, Reviews, and Wishlist apps visible on the Growave admin home page

Overview

The Performance summary widget on your Growave admin homepage provides a quick snapshot of your store's recent activity. It displays high-level metrics for your active apps, allowing you to monitor revenue and engagement at a glance without navigating to the full Analytics section.

How to filter data

By default, the Performance summary displays data for the last 30 days. You can adjust the time frame to analyze different periods.

  1. Navigate to the homepage of your Growave admin panel.

  2. Locate the Performance summary card at the top of the page.

  3. Click the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the card.

  4. Select your desired time frame:

    • Last 30 days

    • Last 60 days

    • Last 90 days

Available metrics

The dashboard is divided into specific sections corresponding to your Growave apps.

Total revenue generated

Displayed at the top left of the card, this figure represents the total revenue attributed to the Rewards and Wishlist programs during the selected period.

Rewards

  • New members: The number of new customers who completed at least one rewards action and are eligible for the program during the selected period.

  • Rewards redeemed: The number of discounts redeemed by customers during the selected period.

Reviews

  • Review requests sent:

    • Total review request emails sent to customers via Growave during the selected period.

    • If third-party integration with ESP is active, this metric counts total review request events sent to the integrated apps (e.g., Klaviyo, Omnisend) during the selected period.

  • Reviews gathered: The number of reviews collected via Growave during the selected period.

Wishlist

  • Wishlists created: The number of new wishlists created during the selected period.

  • Items added to wishlist: The number of products added to wishlists by customers during the selected period.


FAQs

Can I see data older than 90 days on the homepage?

No. The Performance summary on the homepage allows you to filter by the last 30, 60, or 90 days. To view data older than 90 days, navigate to the dedicated Analytics section in the admin panel.

Why is my "Reviews generated" count different from "Review requests sent"?

"Review requests sent" tracks the number of emails sent or events triggered to ask for a review. "Reviews generated" tracks the number of customers who actually submitted a review. A difference in these numbers is normal and reflects your conversion rate.
