Exporting your data from Growave is an important step in managing and optimizing your e-commerce operations. In this guide, weβll walk you through how to export data for Reviews, Loyalty & Rewards, and Wishlist, ensuring you can access and analyze key information for your business decisions.
Export Reviews and Q&A
If you need to export your reviews and Q&A data, Growave makes it simple. Follow these steps:
Go to the Import/Export β Reviews tab in the admin panel.
Select the type of data you want to export (Reviews or Questions & Answers).
Select the email address where you want to receive the exported file.
Click Export.
A CSV file containing your review or Q&A data will be sent to the provided email address.

Export Loyalty & Rewards data
Growave allows for exporting your Rewards data, including from the Points, Referrals, and VIP tiers programs. Follow these steps to start exporting:
Navigate to Analytics β Rewards in the admin panel.
Click the "Create report" button.
In the pop-up window, choose the period and data you want to include in the report (related to Points, Referral, or VIP Tiers program). You can select a quick range (30, 60, or 90 days), or a custom range (for example, from the date you first installed Growave to the current date).
Select the email address where you want to receive the report.
Click Send.
You can send this report from the Points, Referral program, and VIP Tiers tabs on this page. Youβll receive a CSV file with the selected data in your email.

Export Wishlist data
If you would like to export your existing wishlist data, Growave allows you to easily do it from the Export section in the admin panel. Select the email where the exported data in a format of CSV file will be sent.
To export your Wishlist data, follow these steps:
Go to the Import/Export β Wishlist section in the admin panel.
Enter the email address where you want to receive the exported file.
Click Export.

Add or update email address for system notifications
To add or update the email address where the CSV file is sent, go to the Growave admin panel β Settings β General β System notifications.
