How to use VIP Tiers analytics in Growave

Track VIP tiers distribution, progress, and customer performance to refine your loyalty strategy.

Written by Simon Akhrameev

Overview

VIP Tiers analytics in the Growave admin panel helps you track how customers are distributed across tiers, how they transition between them, and how each tier performs in terms of spending. You can access this data by navigating to AnalyticsRewards → VIP Tiers.

⚠️ Important:

If you run the Reset VIP Tiers function, the metrics in your VIP Tiers analytics dashboard will display data net of the tier progress you have reset, provided the reset period coincides with your selected date range or last 6 months period for the New customers per tier metrics.

Key benefits / use cases

  • Monitor tier growth: See how many customers are in each tier and track changes over time.

  • Compare performance: Evaluate AOV for each tier to see which drives the most value.

  • Track upgrades and churn: Spot patterns in tier progression and downgrades.

  • Optimize tier rules: Adjust milestones and rewards based on performance data.

How to filter VIP Tiers analytics

Use the Date picker

The Date picker tool applies to AOV and Members per tier and transitions metrics only. Use it to filter data by predefined periods (last 30, 60, or 90 days) or set a custom date range by entering dates manually in the Starting and Ending fields.

View data by customer type

Located right next to the Date picker, this special filter allows narrowing down your VIP Tiers analytics data based on customer registration status. You can choose from:

  • All: All customers.

  • Members: Customers who have a login history (registered).

  • Guests: Customers without a login history.

This filter applies to all metrics below the filter line except for the VIP Tiers Activity log.

Apply filters

The filters apply to New customers per tier and AOV metrics only. Click the Add filter button to apply the following filters:

  • Points balance: Use comparison operators (All, Is equal, Is greater than, Less then, Between) to find VIP members with a certain number of points on their balance.

  • VIP Tiers: Show only members of certain VIP tier(s).

  • Filter by tag: Filter VIP members by assigned customer tags.

  • Consent: Filter VIP members by their consent to take part in the Rewards program (All, With consent, Without consent).

Filters can be stacked to obtain even more targeted results.
