VIP Tiers analytics in Growave (Growave adminRewardsAnalyticsVIP Tiers) helps you track how customers are distributed across tiers, how they transition between them, and how each tier performs in terms of spending. You can filter most data by predefined periods (Last 30, 60, or 90 days) or set a custom date range.

Key benefits / use cases

  • Monitor tier growth — See how many customers are in each tier and track changes over time.

  • Compare performance — Evaluate AOV for each tier to see which drives the most value.

  • Track upgrades and churn — Spot patterns in tier progression and downgrades.

  • Optimize tier rules — Adjust milestones and rewards based on performance data.

Exporting VIP Tiers data

If you need a deeper analysis, you can export your VIP Tiers data:

  • On the Rewards analytics page, click the Create a report button.

  • Choose a quick range (30, 60, 90 days) or a custom date range.

  • Enter your email and select the data fields to include, e.g., Customer name and VIP tier in the selected period.

After generating the report, you’ll receive an email with a CSV file download link for analysis in Excel or other tools.

Differences in Growave 1.0

If you're using Growave 1.0, the VIP Tiers analytics dashboard includes fewer metrics:

  • Number of customers per tier.

  • Activity log (same structure as 2.0).
