The Customers section in Growave provides a comprehensive view of customer activity and enables you to manage user details effectively. This section is divided into two main areas: the main window, where you can search, view, and filter customers, and individual customer profiles, where you can access and edit specific user information.
Main window features
Customer search
In the main Customers window, search through the customer database by name or email to quickly locate specific profiles.
View VIP Tier and Referral status
Instantly see each customer’s VIP Tier and Referral program status.
Apply filters
Use the Add filter button to refine your customer list based on loyalty data, tags, or reward status.
The following filter types are available in the Customers section:
Points balance
Filter customers based on their current loyalty points balance. Available conditions include:
All — shows all customers, regardless of balance.
Is equal — matches an exact points value.
Is greater than — shows customers with a higher balance than the specified value.
Less than — shows customers with a lower balance than the specified value.
Between — filters customers whose balance falls within a specified range.
VIP tiers
Display customers according to their assigned VIP tier. You can filter by your existing tier names or select No tier to view customers within a particular group.
Filter by tag
Search for customers with a specific customer tag by typing the tag name into the input field.
Users with unclaimed rewards
Show customers who have at least one redeemed but unused reward. This includes any discount, gift card, or other reward issued through the Growave Rewards program but not yet applied to an order.
Combined filters
You can combine multiple filters to get more specific results. For example:
VIP Tier = Gold + Points balance > 500 → high-value loyal customers
Filter by tag + Points balance → narrow down tagged customer groups based on their available points.
VIP tier + Users with unclaimed rewards → focus on customers in a particular VIP tier who have redeemed rewards but haven’t applied them yet.

Activity section
Below the initial profile information, you’ll find the Activity section, which contains tabs to view and manage various aspects of the customer’s interactions in your store:
Points: View the customer's earned and redeemed points history, as well as store credit earned and spent. Redeemed rewards, such as discounts, will also be listed here. You can click the reward (discount) code to refund points, provided the reward hasn't been used yet.
⚠️ Important
Refunds only return the original points redeemed for a discount, not any adjusted values if you later change the points required for that discount. For example, if a customer redeems a discount for 100 points and you later increase the redemption value to 500 points in the Ways to redeem settings, the refund will return only the original 100 points, not 500.
Referrals: Track completed referrals, including detailed information on each referral’s status and any related rewards.
VIP Tiers: Access the history of VIP Tier changes for the customer, as well as any rewards associated with tier upgrades or downgrades.
Rewards: View active, deleted, and used rewards associated with the customer’s account. This includes discounts and other special perks.
Reviews: See the list of reviews left by the customer, complete with ratings and review dates.
Wishlist: Browse items added to the customer’s wishlist, providing insight into the products they’re interested in.
Order history
Below the Activity section, you’ll find the Order history, which provides a detailed view of the customer's previous purchases.
Each order entry includes:
Order number: A unique identifier for each order with an active link to the Shopify order page.
Total: The full amount spent by the customer on the order.
Rewardable: The portion of the total amount that was eligible for rewards points. Learn more about rewardable amount settings.
Date: The date the order was placed.
Payment status: Displays whether the order payment was completed, pending, or refunded.
Sidebar
In the right sidebar of the Customer profile section, you’ll find additional customer information and controls:
Contact details: Displays the customer’s contact information, including email address and phone number if available.
Birthday: Shows the customer’s birth date if it has been provided. You can edit this information as needed.
Personalized referral code: Shows a unique referral code assigned to the customer, which they can share to refer new users to your store.

How do I unsubscribe a customer from emails?
How do I unsubscribe a customer from emails?
You can unsubscribe a customer directly in Growave:
In Growave admin, go to Customers.
Find the customer.
Under Marketing Status, click Edit.
Select Unsubscribe.
The customer will be marked as Email unsubscribed and won’t receive further marketing emails from your store.
Can I delete a customer from Growave?
Can I delete a customer from Growave?
No, Growave doesn’t provide a manual delete option for customer records.
Because our database is fully synchronized with Shopify, deleting a customer in Shopify admin → Customers → More actions → Delete customer will automatically remove them from Growave as well.
