Where customers can view their points balance
Rewards pop-up widget
The Rewards pop-up widget displays the points balance in the header section for logged-in and eligible customers.
Rewards page
Customers can view their points balance on the dedicated Rewards page → Ways to earn points widget. This page provides detailed information about available rewards, redemption options, and rewards history, alongside the total points balance.

Loyalty info widget
Logged-in customers can see a quick summary of their points balance right on the storefront using the Loyalty info widget.
Loyalty info extension
Loyalty info extension displays the points balance on the customer's Profile and Orders pages.

Loyalty info extension is available starting from Growave's Growth plan on any Shopify subscription plan.
Rewards page extension
Displays the points balance at the top of a fully functional loyalty hub embedded directly within the New customer accounts page.
Customer points balance inline widget
This is a customizable inline widget that displays the customer's points balance as a simple numeric value (e.g., "500 points"). It can be embedded virtually anywhere on your store's pages using a custom placeholder code.
Google Wallet Pass
Customers who save their Loyalty QR code to Google Wallet can conveniently view their current available points balance directly on their digital wallet pass for quick access.

Tracking points expiry
If your store has the Points expiry setting enabled, your customers can easily track when their points will expire.
The exact expiration date (e.g., "Expiration: [Month Day, Year]") appears directly under the points balance on the Rewards page, Loyalty info widget, Loyalty info extension, and Rewards page extension. In the Rewards pop-up widget, customers will see a banner alerting them when their points are about to expire.
