Guide on how to set up a Rewards page

This guide will walk you through setting up and configuring a Rewards page for your store. This page enables your customers to earn and redeem points for rewards.

NOTE: The updated Reward page is available to customers using Growave version V2. This version applies to customers who joined our app after January 22, 2024.

Criteria:

  • Growth subscription plan and above
  • Online store 2.0 theme

By default, the Reward page consists of two sections:

Setting up the Rewards page

You can set up this page by following these steps:

  1. In the Growave admin panel, go to the RewardsRewards page.
  2. Add the preferred domain (the default URL is yourstore.myshopify.com/pages/rewards).
  3. Click the "Create page" button:

NOTE: If the link already exists, an error will occur. You can change the link anytime.

Adding more sections

To add more sections such as a banner, text, FAQ, etc., follow these steps:

  1. Go to ShopifyOnline StoreThemesCustomize:

  1. Open Pages and select "growave-reward-page"

Find and edit Growave Rewards page in Theme Editor

  1. Add sections of your choice from the Shopify Theme Editor:
