Best practices to launch review requests emails
Reviews feature automatically sends Review Request emails within a specified number of days OR perfect time after purchase based on our data analysis. The number can be set up in the Review emails section. Let's learn about the ways you may set up review requests to receive the most benefit.
Mention the reward for leaving a review
Edit the text of the review to highlight the reward for leaving a review so that the customers will be more encouraged to share their feedback. Check out more about rewarding for reviews

Add a reward message to the review request
If you have an active Reward action
Post a product review, in your review request email you are able to add and edit a reward message that will be shown to your customers.
Think about when to send a review request
Choose the right time to send out a review request. Be mindful that Review Request emails are sent only if the order's status is
fulfilled and paid (It is shown and can be set up in your Shopify admin panel). Only then does the count start for as many days as the shop owner has specified.
Consider adding a custom email address to the review request
You may add a custom email address that customers will see when receiving a request. Add a custom name and email address and verify it. This will let the customers know that they are receiving a message from your company. A custom domain for sending emails is available only on
Growth, Plus, and Custom plans.
