Questions & Answers feature overview
NOTE: The Questions & Answers feature is available starting from the Entry plan.
The Q&A feature enhances customer engagement and increases conversions by allowing shoppers to ask questions and receive prompt, reliable answers directly on product pages.

How to enable Q&A
In the Growave admin panel, go to Rewards → Settings → Questions & Answers tab.
Here, you can:
- Enable or disable the Q&A feature.
- Turn on notifications about new customer questions.
- Enable CAPTCHA to prevent spam messages.
Set up email notifications
Navigate to Reviews → Notifications in the Growave admin panel.
Enable the "Replied to your question" email notification. This ensures customers are informed when you reply to their questions.
How Q&A works
You can view and manage all customer questions in the Q&A section of the Reviews app:
- Moderation: Questions are not published automatically. When you respond to a question, it is published on the site, and the response is also sent to the customer via email.
- Manual control: You can manually publish, edit, or delete questions if needed.
- Sorting and search:
- Filter questions by answered or unanswered status.
- Search for specific questions and answers using keywords or phrases.
Import existing questions
If you already have customer questions from other platforms, you can import them into Growave and display them on your website's widget.
