Customize email notifications for Rewards, Reviews, and Wishlist apps using Growave's Notification center

Growave's Notification center lets you customize the content emails sent to your customers across Rewards (Points, Referrals, and VIP Tiers), Reviews, and Wishlist apps.

The following fields are available for nearly all notification types:

Field

Description

Email language

Select the language for the email content.

Expand banner image section

Select this checkbox to add a custom banner image at the top of the email.

Subject

Set the email subject line (displayed in the customer's inbox).

Title

Main heading displayed inside the email body.

Body

Primary message content.

Button

CTA text (e.g., "Redeem reward", "Write a review").

Content

Footer message shown below the button.

Alongside these common fields, some email types include extra customization options depending on their purpose (e.g., notification interval, reward code, review message, or wishlist link title).

You can also use liquid variables to personalize emails further.

In Growave admin, go to Wishlists β†’ Notifications β†’ click the notification title:
