Liquid variables for email templates

Learn how to personalize Growave notifications with liquid variables for a tailored customer experience in Reviews, Rewards, and Wishlist

Within the Growave admin panel, you can personalize notifications for the Reviews, Rewards, and Wishlist apps.

Each app has its own notification settings, allowing you to customize email content by adding banners, setting email subjects and titles, defining body text, and configuring button text.

Additionally, you can integrate liquid variables into your emails to create a more personalized experience.

Liquid variables you can use to customize your emails are provided in the tables below:

‼️ Warning

Variables are specific to each email template. Using a variable outside its designated notification template will not work, except for General variables, which can be used in any template. Ensure that each variable is placed in the correct template for proper personalization.

{{available_discount_title}} — title of the reward available for redemption. If a customer doesn't have enough points for a discount, the system prioritizes the cheapest option. When multiple discounts can be redeemed, the system selects the most valuable one
