Customize email colors, fonts, and styles in Growave to match your store’s branding and create a consistent customer experience

Growave lets you control the visual design of your emails to reflect your store’s identity. You can update colors, fonts, buttons, and layout styles — helping you deliver a professional and consistent brand experience across every message.


How to access email branding settings

In the Growave admin, go to the BrandingEmails to open the email branding editor. Here, you can update email styles, buttons, colors, fonts, and layout elements:

How to customize overall email styles

Use the Email styles section to define the overall look of your emails.

  • Layout: Choose between List or Grid layout for product recommendations:

    • List: Stacks content vertically.

    • Grid: Displays content in columns.

  • Background color: Sets the main email body background (e.g., #FAFBFB for a soft, minimal tone).

  • Foreground color: Controls the color of the main content area (e.g., #FFFFFF for a white block with contrast).

  • Font family: Choose a font that fits your brand tone.

  • Header font size: Adjust header size for emphasis (e.g., 24px).

  • Body font size: Set main text size for readability (e.g., 16px).

  • Text direction: Select LTR (left-to-right) or RTL (right-to-left) layout for email content.


How to customize email body styles

The Body styles section lets you style your text, links, and call-to-action buttons.

  • Text color: Controls the main email text (e.g., #000000 for black).

  • Link color: Sets the product link text (e.g., #072448 for deep blue links).

  • Button background color: Defines the CTA button color (e.g., #FFC100 for bold yellow).

  • Button text color: Sets contrast for the button label (e.g., #000000 for black text on yellow background).


How to customize additional email elements

These settings control the design for product and reward cards.

  • Product card background color: Sets the background of product blocks (e.g., #F5F5F5 for light gray).

  • Customer reward card color: Applies to the reward card near the footer. Use subtle tones for readability.


How to customize email footer styles

Use the Footer styles section to personalize your footer area.

  • Background color: Set to a strong contrasting color (e.g., #0B1E47 for navy blue).

  • Text color: Use a readable color on top of the background (e.g., #FFFFFF for white).

  • Link color: Typically matches the text for a clean design (e.g., white links on a dark background).

Changes are instantly shown in the preview window in the Branding → Emails editor. Use this to test contrast and layout.

Will email branding apply to all emails?

Yes. These settings apply to all emails sent through Growave, including reviews, rewards, and wishlist notifications.

What fonts are supported for Growave emails?

Growave supports the following email-safe fonts with full or partial compatibility:

  • Full support: Arial, Arial Black, Georgia, MS Sans Serif, Courier New, Tahoma, Times New Roman, Trebuchet MS, Verdana

  • Partial support: Comic Sans MS, Garamond, Impact, Lucida Console, Lucida Grande, Palatino Linotype
