The customizable Rewards page is available for Growave 2.0 users starting from the Growth plan.
Want to make your customers feel special? Create a dedicated Rewards page on your website to introduce them to your Loyalty and Rewards program. This page will serve as a comprehensive resource, showing customers how to earn and use rewards, join the referral program, and climb up the VIP tiers.
A well-crafted rewards page not only informs your customers about the benefits but also motivates them to engage more with your brand. Learn how to set up a rewards page on your store using Growave widgets.

Before you start
Complete the onboarding process in the Growave admin panel and configure the Loyalty and Rewards program for your shop. This includes:
Setting up the Referral program
Setting up and customizing notifications to align with your brand
Adjusting the Rewards settings
How to create a Rewards page
Follow these steps to create a compelling and functional rewards page
In the Growave admin panel, go to the Rewards โ Rewards page.
Select a theme (live or unpublished) where you'd like to create and customize the Rewards Page.
Add the preferred page URL (the default URL is yourstore.myshopify.com/pages/rewards).
Click the "Create page" button.

If the link already exists, an error will occur. You can change the link anytime.
Now you can customize your Rewards page by choosing which sections to include, arranging their order, and adding Growave widgets. Ensure the page aligns with your brandโs tone and voice for a cohesive customer experience.

The examples below cover some standard Shopify sections from the page customizer, which may not be available for your shop theme. If you do not see a standard Shopify section listed here, consider reaching out to your theme developer for more information or switching to another theme that supports such sections.
How to customize the Rewards page
Customize your rewards page to reflect your brandโs voice and style, making it more engaging and aligned with your overall brand identity. To do this:
Navigate to Shopify โ Online Store โ Themes โ Customize:
Open Pages and select "growave-reward-page":
Add welcome message
Begin by adding a welcoming message that introduces your Loyalty and Rewards Program. Highlight key benefits such as faster checkout, wishlists, and first-order discounts. Include clear calls to action, like "Join now" and "Log in", to encourage users to start using the rewards program:
Creating an inviting and informative welcome message is key to engaging your customers from the moment they land on your rewards page. Here are a few examples to inspire you:
Join the Club, Get Rewarded. "Welcome to our rewards program! Enjoy exclusive benefits and discounts, and start earning points today to unlock personalized rewards. Join now and experience the perks of being a valued member!"
Unlock Exclusive Rewards! "Welcome to our loyalty program! Earn points with every purchase and enjoy special perks just for you. Join our community and benefit from faster checkout, wishlists, and first-order discounts. Sign up today and start earning rewards!"
Get Rewarded for Shopping! "Join our rewards program and discover a world of exclusive benefits and discounts. Earn points on every purchase and redeem them for amazing rewards. Become a member today and enjoy the full experience!"

You can configure a similar section in the theme customizer by adding an Image banner (standard Shopify section), as illustrated below:
Add "How it works" section
Include a "How it works" section to provide a brief overview of your loyalty program. Highlight key steps such as joining for free, earning points with each purchase, and redeeming points for discounts and rewards. Ensure the explanation is clear and accessible to demonstrate that the program is user-friendly for everyone.
To add a "How it works" section, use the Multicolumn section (standard Shopify section) in the page customizer:
Manage Growave widgets
Make sure App embeds are enabled: In the page customizer menu, go to App embeds and turn on the Growave toggle:
By clicking the "Add section" button in the page customizer and navigating to the "Apps" section, you can find the Growave widgets.

When creating a new Rewards page, all relevant Growave widgets are automatically integrated, but only widgets for active programs will display.
The History and Available rewards widgets are always shown for logged-in, eligible customers. If the customer is logged out or ineligible, these widgets will show empty-state text.
Other widgets appear based on which programs are enabled.
If either the allowing or forbidding option is enabled in the Customer eligibility section, non-logged-in users, and logged-in but ineligible users, will see error messages in the Rewards page by default. To edit these messages, go to Branding โ Languages โ Search for the text and replace it:
For non-logged-in customers:
โ"Rewards program is currently unavailable. Please log in and try again."For logged-in but ineligible customers:
โ"Rewards program is currently unavailable for your account. Please try again later."
You can also enable Show Rewards widgets to guests in Rewards settings.
When this setting is enabled:
Guest users will see Rewards widgets.
They must still log in to access or redeem rewards.
Eligibility settings (Allow/Forbid tags) continue to apply after login.
Ways to earn points and Ways to spend points
These widgets are designed to enhance your customer's experience by providing quick access to all earning and redeeming rules on the Rewards page.
This feature ensures that customers can easily understand the guidelines for earning and redeeming rewards. Using these widgets promotes transparency and trust, boosting customer engagement and enhancing overall satisfaction.
Available rewards widget
This widget displays rewards that customers have earned or redeemed through Points, Referrals, or VIP Tiers but have not yet applied.
VIP Tiers widget
Introduce your customers to your VIP Tiers program. This widget displays all the VIP levels available in your shop and the benefits customers will receive upon reaching each level.
Highlighting VIP tiers on your Rewards page is key to boosting engagement and loyalty. Clearly outlining each level's benefits motivates customers to strive for higher tiers, enhancing their experience.
The background color of the current tier card uses the Theme Primary Color, with the text color always set to white.
The background color of other tier cards applies the Theme Primary Color with transparency, while the text color adapts from the Theme Primary Color.
Referral program widget
Displays rewards for the Referring customer and Referred friend, along with the referral link and sharing options. Merchants already using the Rewards page will need to manually add this widget. For new rewards pages, the widget will be added automatically.
The Referral program widget is an essential part of your Rewards page. It ensures customers easily understand how the program works, the rewards they receive for referring friends, and the benefits for their friends. Providing this information upfront helps expand your customer base and encourages new clients to make their first purchases.
History widget
This widget can be embedded on the Rewards page, providing logged-in and eligible customers with a clear overview of their rewards activity. It displays past transactions, earned and redeemed points, and other loyalty interactions, helping customers stay informed about their progress.
By integrating the History widget into your Rewards page, you enhance transparency and engagement, making it easier for customers to track their participation in your loyalty program.
Add FAQ section
The last but not least important section of a well-structured rewards page is the FAQ section. To add the FAQ section, use a Collapsible content (standard Shopify section) in the page customizer:
