How to Export your data from Growave

Unlocking the potential of your Growave data is a crucial step in optimizing your e-commerce strategy. In this article, we will walk you through the seamless process of exporting your valuable data from Growave, enabling you to harness insights and make informed decisions for your business.


Export Reviews and QA

If you would like to export your existing review data, Growave allows you to easily do it from Export section in the admin panel.

Select export type, and choose email where the exported data in a CSV file will be sent.

You will be provided with a CSV file including all existing review data. More detailed instructions can be found here.


Export Loyalty and Rewards data

If you would like to export your existing Rewards data, you should go to the Rewards Analytics section in the admin panel and click the 'Create report' button. Choose what data you want to be included in the report and which email send it to.

The same reports you can send for Points, Referral program and VIP Tiers. You wil receive an email with a link to download the CSV file including all existing data that you chose. For more detailled information, read here.


Export Wishlist

If you would like to export your existing wishlist data, Growave allows you to easily do it from Export section in the admin panel. Just select email where the exported data in a format of CSV file will be sent.

To add email address where you want to send a CSV file, go to Admin panel → Settings → General → System Notifications
