How to export Reviews and Q&A from Growave

Exporting this data from Growave allows you to analyze feedback more comprehensively, using specialized tools for deeper data analysis, customer sentiment tracking, or improving your product offerings.

Export reviews or Q&A data from Growave

Step 1: In the Growave admin panel, go to Import/ExportReviews

Step 2: Select the export type: Reviews or Questions & Answers

Step 3: Choose an email address where you want to receive the exported data, and then click Export.

You will receive a CSV file with all existing review or Q&A data via email.

Review CSV file fields

Header name

Description

customer_name

Name of the customer who left the review

customer_email

Email address of the customer

product_id

Shopify ID of the reviewed product

product_handle

Product name in a special format

body

Main content of the review

rating

Score from 0-5, with 5 being the most positive review

created_at

Date and time when the review was created

title

Short title summarizing the customer’s experience

reply

Optional response from the store owner to the review

images

Links to images attached to the review

published

Status of the review (published or unpublished)

⚠️ Note

If the exported file contains reviews where both the product_id and product_handle fields are blank, it indicates that the review is a shop review rather than a product review.

Email address of the customer who asked the question

Content of the question

product_id

Shopify ID of the product the question refers to

product_handle

Product name in a special format

date

Date when the question was created

replier_email

Email address of the person who answered the question

reply

Response to the question

Date and time when the question was answered

status

Status of the question (published or unpublished)
