Using Rewards analytics to monitor and optimize your strategy

Rewards analytics in Growave provides valuable insights into the performance of your loyalty programs, helping you refine your shop’s strategy. This guide will walk you through the key features of the Rewards Analytics section and suggest how you can leverage the data for better decision-making.

You can access the Analytics section by navigating to Growave admin panel → Rewards → Analytics. Within this section, you'll find tabs for Points, Referral program, and VIP Tiers. Let’s explore each in detail.


Points

The Points Analytics section in Growave 2.0 offers a detailed overview of your points program’s performance with key metrics, including:

  • Outstanding points: The total number of points earned by customers but not yet redeemed at the time of viewing the Analytics page.
  • Active discounts: The number of unused discounts currently available.
  • Generated revenue: Revenue generated from the points program, broken down by sales channels (if multiple channels are enabled).
  • Points redemption rate: The ratio of points earned versus points redeemed for rewards.

You can filter the data by time periods such as 30, 60, or 90 days, or customize the range to suit your needs.

Additionally, the section provides insights into member activity with metrics such as the Discount usage rate and categorizes points transactions into:

  • Earned
  • Redeemed
  • Expired
  • Refunded
  • Manually added

Growave 1.0 provides a simplified view of statistics compared to Growave 2.0. It includes:

  • Revenue generated through the Points program.
  • The total number of points earned by customers.
  • Points redeemed for rewards.

The Activity log section retains the same options as in Growave 2.0

How to use this data effectively:

  • Identify trends: Monitor changes in points earning and spending to detect seasonal patterns or shifts in customer behavior.
  • Optimize engagement: If points expiration rates are high, consider sending reminders to encourage redemption.
  • Adjust earning rules: Review revenue generated versus points earned to determine if adjustments are needed to balance incentives.

Referral program

The Referral program Analytics section tracks the performance of your referral campaigns, highlighting key metrics such as:

  • Generated revenue: Revenue resulting from referrals.
  • Generated traffic and activity by sharing channels: reflects traffic generated and activity across different sharing channels.

You can filter data for the same time frames as in the Points section (30, 60, or 90 days).

How to use this data effectively:

  • Evaluate campaign success: Assess how much revenue the referral program generates compared to other rewards initiatives.

  • Monitor top referrers: Identify customers who refer the most new members and explore ways to recognize or further incentivize them.

Overview dashboard

The Overview dashboard under the Referral program analytics section provides a summary of members participating in the referral program, along with details about their orders.

VIP Tiers

  • Email
  • Name
  • Tier title

Use the search bar with the filter applied to find relevant customers.
