How to get valuable data from the Rewards Analytics
If you would like to have a glimpse at how your Rewards programs are performing this guide might help you explore Reward Analytics and get useful insight into the main results of your campaigns.
Firstly, on the home page of admin panel, there is a summary of analytics for the last 30 days (excluding the Instagram app). Also, you can see the Rewards analytics

In the next step, you may see such tabs as Points, Referral program, and VIP tiers. Let's view each section in detail!
In the Points section, you may have a grasp of the Points program's overall performance in such rates as Generated revenue, Points earned, and Points spent, and see the graph visually representing the results, and compare points earned and spent.
You may also sort the time frame from 30 days, 60 days, 90 days:
You may check the members' activity in the program and sort by Earned, Redeemed, Expired, Refunded, and Manually added points:
The Referral program section lets you review the Generated revenue and points earned gathered by the program:

In this section, you can see the members who participate in the Referral Program information about their orders.
VIP tiers section of Analytics can reflect the total number of members in the program and generated value.
