How to track performance with Growave analytics

The Analytics section in the Growave admin panel provides insights into the performance of your Rewards, Reviews, and Instagram UGC programs. Use this section to track customer engagement and assess the effectiveness of your campaigns.


Rewards analytics

The Rewards tab provides detailed metrics for your Points, Referral, and VIP Tiers programs.

Points

Track the overall performance of your Points program and use the date selector to filter data by a specific period.

Growave points program analytics

The following metrics are available:

  • Outstanding points: Number of points currently held by customers but not yet redeemed.
  • Active discounts: Number of active discount codes generated through point redemptions within the specified period.
  • Generated revenue: Revenue generated from the Rewards programs within the specified period, broken down by sale channels:
    • Online store
    • POS
    • Others
  • Points redemption rate: Percentage of points redeemed compared to the total points issued within the specified period.
  • Discounts usage rate: Percentage of redeemed discount codes that have been used to complete purchases within the specified period.
  • Activity log: List of customer actions related to the Points program, including user name, email or phone number, and action details.

Referrals

Monitor the performance of your Referral program and use the date selector to filter data by a specific period:

The following metrics are available:

  • Referred sales: Total revenue generated from referred orders.
  • Referrals traffic: Number of referral link visits by channels.
  • Referral conversion rate: Percentage of referred visits that resulted in purchases.
  • Overview dashboard: List of referred customers with:
    • Email
    • Status
    • Order summary
    • Sender reward
    • Date

You can apply filters to refine the list of referred customers.

VIP Tiers

Track customer distribution across your VIP tiers and their Average order value (AOV) within the specified period:

The following metrics are available:

  • Customers per tier (graph): Number of new members that joined each tier over the past 6 months (fixed time frame) with monthly breakdown.
  • AOV: Average order value for each tier within the selected date range.
  • Number of customers by tier (tiles): Displays the number of new customers that joined each tier within the selected period.
  • Activity log: List of customers with their VIP tier statuses and dates.

Reviews analytics

The Reviews tab provides insights into your review collection process within the specified period.

Growave Reviews analytics

The following metrics are available:

  • Review requests sent: Total number of review requests sent.
  • Reviews collected and conversion rate: Number of reviews collected and percentage of completed reviews from sent requests.
  • Average star rating: Average rating of collected reviews.

Tables below the main metrics show the following data:

  • Scheduled review requests: List of upcoming review requests with customer information, order number, request type, and scheduled date.
  • Review requests sent: List of review requests sent with date, time, and channel information.

To set up review request emails, go to the ReviewsNotifications section. Here you will see brief information about review request performance over the last 30 days:

Instagram UGC analytics

The Instagram tab shows how customers interact with your Instagram UGC widget:

  • Views: Number of times Instagram gallery posts were opened by customers.
  • Added to cart: Number of times products were added to cart from Instagram gallery posts.
  • Orders: Number of orders placed after adding products from Instagram gallery posts to the cart.
  • Popular photos: Top-performing Instagram posts based on customer interactions with breakdown by views, cart adds, and revenue generated.
