Track and review B2B loyalty activity across company accounts

🚀 Feature availability

B2B Points program and related analytics are available for Shopify Plus merchants using the Growave Plus or Unlimited plan.

Overview

The B2B Points analytics page helps you monitor company-level loyalty activity, including points earned, discounts redeemed, and orders placed through the B2B Points program.

You can access B2B Points analytics from Growave admin → Analytics → Rewards → B2B Points.


What you’ll see

The Activity log displays actions of company members participating in the B2B Points program, as well as any manual points adjustments made by the shop admin.

Column

Description

Customer

The customer associated with the action. Clicking the customer’s name opens their profile page in Growave admin.

Action

The event type — for example, discount redeemed, placed order, or manual points adjustment.

Reward

The generated discount code with a clickable link. Clicking a code opens the discount details modal, showing status, reward code, usage limit, reward source, and the order it was spent on.

Points

The number of points earned, redeemed, or manually adjusted.

Date

When the action occurred.


Filtering and search

The B2B Points analytics page supports filtering and search, helping you find specific activity faster. You can use:

  • Search bar find activity by customer name, email, or phone number.

  • Filters — click Add filter and narrow results by:

    • Discount code

    • Action type: Earned, Redeemed, or Manual

These options make it easier to locate transactions, confirm point adjustments, or review discount usage for specific customers or companies.
