Overview
Growave offers a collection of tools to boost engagement and improve the customer experience across your entire store. These are categorized into Widgets (blocks for various online store pages), Pages (dedicated Rewards, Reviews, and Wishlist pages), and Extensions (for Shopify Checkout and Customer Accounts).
You can access the full catalog in Growave admin → Onsite widgets. This central hub allows you to browse available features, integrate them into your theme, and monitor their status.
Key actions available in Onsite widgets:
Browse: Explore the full list of available widgets, pages, and extensions.
Add to store: Add widgets directly to your storefront theme.
Enable/Disable: Switch on or off floating elements like the Rewards pop-up, Reviews floating widget, and Wishlist floating widget.
Configure:
Rewards page: Opens a setup dialogue to configure the page. Learn more →
Reviews & Wishlist pages: Provides a link to our help center article about these automatically generated pages.
Monitor status: Check the current state of each widget:
Enabled / Disabled: Applies to floating elements (Rewards pop-up, Reviews floating widget, Wishlist floating widget).
Installed / Not installed: Applies to embedded widgets (e.g., Loyalty info widget, Star rating, Add to Wishlist button).
Note: Status indicators are not displayed for Pages and Extensions for Shopify.
📘 Note
When previewing widgets in the Shopify theme customizer, the badge “Dummy content shown” indicates that example data is being displayed. Real customer data will appear once the widget is live.
Rewards widgets and page
Purpose: Display and manage your loyalty program directly on the storefront.
Includes:
Rewards pop-up widget — Floating widget opened from the launcher button, showing points, referrals, and VIP Tiers. Hidden on the Rewards page to avoid duplication.
Earn points widget — Shows potential points earned for a product purchase.
Rewards page — Dedicated page (
/pages/rewards) that lists Ways to earn, Ways to redeem, VIP Tiers, Referrals, and History.
Loyalty info widget — Displays the customer’s balance, VIP tier progress, referral link, and View rewards button.
Reviews widgets and page
Purpose: Collect, display, and manage customer feedback across your store.
Includes:
Product reviews widget — Full review display for product pages with rating summary, filter and sort controls, Q&A, and review cards with media and attributes.
Star rating widget — Compact element under product titles, showing average rating and review count.
Reviews slider – Horizontally scrolling carousel with reviews images and text for various store pages.
Reviews mini slider – Smaller auto-scrolling version showing short excerpts.
Reviews floating widget — Floating sidebar for viewing or submitting reviews anywhere on the site.
Reviews page — Dedicated /pages/reviews page automatically created when the Reviews app is enabled.
Wishlist widgets and page
Purpose: Let customers save and share their favorite products.
Includes:
Add to Wishlist button — Adds items to Wishlist from product pages with one click.
Wishlist floating widget — Sidebar accessible via the Wishlist launcher button.
Wishlist page — Dedicated /pages/wishlist page automatically created when the Wishlist app is enabled.

Account page extensions
Purpose: Extend Shopify’s customer account pages experience with loyalty information and review prompts.
🚀 Feature availability
Account extensions are available starting from the Growth plan.
Includes:
Loyalty info — Displays points, VIP tier status, referral code, and View rewards button. Can be placed on the Profile and Orders pages.
Ask review — Prompts customers to leave feedback for completed orders on the Order status page.
Earned points — Shows points earned per order on the Order status page.
Checkout page extensions
Purpose: Provide loyalty and social proof elements during checkout.
🚀 Feature availability
Checkout extensions are available for Shopify Plus and Growave Plus or Unlimited plan users.
Includes:
Redeem rewards at checkout — Let customers redeem points and apply available rewards directly at checkout.
Potential points indicator — Shows how many points the current order will earn.
Featured reviews slider — Displays verified reviews to increase buyer confidence.
Refer a friend — Enables post-purchase referrals from the Thank you page.
