How customers can view their VIP Tier status
VIP Tier status indicates a customer's current tier level, the perks available to them, and how to advance to the next tier.
Customers can view their VIP Tier status in the Rewards widget directly on the storefront. This widget is located in the bottom-right corner (by default) of your website. A customer must be logged in to see their VIP Tier data.
Clicking the VIP Tiers section of the widget will show all available tiers in the shop along with the conditions required to advance to the next tier:
NOTE: You can change the widget location in the Growave admin panel by navigating to Branding → Rewards → Launcher → Widget Position:
