Overview
Growave Wishlist integrates with Shopify B2B to let companies manage shared wishlists, create draft orders, and collaborate on product selections.
π Feature availability
Corporate wishlists are available to merchants using Shopify Plus and the Growave Plus plan, and require new Shopify Customer accounts.
π Notes
Corporate wishlist notifications work independently from standard Wishlist reminders, such as Saved wishlist, On sale, or Back in stock. These marketing reminders are sent only to retail customers and are not triggered for corporate or B2B wishlists.
Corporate wishlist notifications are transactional, do not require subscription confirmation, and are used exclusively for internal approval and draft-order creation between company members.
Key benefits
Shared corporate wishlists β company members can collaborate and approve product lists.
Draft order creation β B2B customers can generate draft orders directly from approved wishlists.
Custom catalog pricing β draft orders automatically respect catalog-specific prices configured in Shopify.
Email notifications β automatic updates for approvers and creators during the approval process.
How to use B2B Wishlist
Enable B2B in Shopify
In Shopify admin, go to Customers β Companies β Add company.
Fill in the company details and click Save.
Open the company page, click the three-dots menu β Add customers.
Choose existing customers or create new ones. Assign the customer to the company and click Save. These customers will be able to access the B2B wishlist after logging in via the dedicated B2B link.
After logging in, B2B customers can start adding products to their wishlist.
In the Wishlist side drawer, a blue Corporate badge confirms their company status.
How to share the B2B login link
When adding customers to the company, you can enable Notify customer that they can start placing B2B orders β they will receive an email with a login link.
Alternatively, go to Shopify admin β Settings β Customer accounts β Login URL and copy it. Send this link to your B2B customers so they can log in and access their company accounts.
Enable Wishlist in Growave
In the Growave admin, go to Wishlist β Settings β Wishlist status and click Enable.
Scroll to Manage corporate wishlists on the same page. Youβll find four configuration options:
1. Allow draft orders from wishlists
Enable this setting to allow B2B customers to create draft orders from their wishlists. When enabled, customers will see Create draft order under Options in the Wishlist side drawer.
Draft order is created after clicking this option and appears in Shopify admin β Orders β Drafts, with the customer name and company title. B2B customers can create multiple draft orders from the same wishlist.
If disabled, customers can still create wishlists but cannot generate draft orders.
2. Require approval by company members
When Allow draft orders from wishlists is active, you can also enable this setting to require approval from company members before a draft order can be created.
To set up approvers, the wishlist creator should:
Sign in and add products to the wishlist.
Click the Wishlist floating button β in the Wishlist side drawer, click Options next to the wishlist name.
Select Manage approvers.
In the modal window, click the input field to see the B2B customer list (customers added earlier via the company page) and add relevant customers as approvers.
β οΈ Important
When Require approval by company members is enabled, the wishlist creator cannot create a draft order unless at least one approver is added and approves the wishlist content.
Enable B2B Wishlist notifications
In Growave admin, go to Wishlist β Notifications and enable:
Email to approver β Wishlist waiting for approval
Email to members β Wishlist fully approved
You can edit these notification emails by clicking their titles. In the email editor, you can:
Translate the email into other languages. Learn more about multilingual features in Growave.
Add a banner image.
Change the Subject, Title, Body, and Button text.
β οΈ Important: Do not modify the {{wishlist_name}}
liquid variable.
After adding approvers
The wishlist creator clicks Send for approval from the Options menu.
Approvers receive email notifications prompting them to approve the wishlist.
Once all approvals are complete, the creator receives an email confirmation and can Create draft order.
π Note
When clicking from the notification email, customers are redirected to the Wishlist page and must log in using the B2B login link to access the related wishlist.
β Tip
After clicking Send for approval, the button changes to Resend for approval.
If clicked:
Newly added approvers will receive an approval email.
Existing approvers who have already received the notification will not receive it again, even if the wishlist content has changed after their approval.
3. Allow duplicating wishlists
When enabled, customers can duplicate an existing wishlist.
The duplicated wishlist is automatically assigned to the person who duplicated it, even if the original was created by another member.
4. Allow editing product quantities
When disabled, customers can only add one unit per product to a wishlist.
When enabled, customers can specify multiple quantities for each product.
Catalogs and pricing
Catalog creationβ
In Shopify admin, you can create catalogs either from the Company page β three-dots menu β Add catalog or from Markets β Catalogs, then assign them to the company.
β
Catalog prices
You can set different prices for company catalogs. If a special catalog is assigned, all draft orders created from the corporate wishlist will automatically apply those catalog prices.
β
βQuantity rulesβ
You can define specific quantity rules for company catalog products. In the Catalog page, click + next to a product to set increments, minimum and maximum quantity, and volume pricing.
