Reward high-value orders with extra points.
Encourage repeat purchases by creating urgency.
How to use Boost campaigns

In the Growave admin panel, navigate to Rewards β Points β Boost campaigns.
Click Create boost campaign.
2. Set up your campaign
On the campaign setup page, configure the following:

Use the calendar view to select your desired start date.
Use the Start time dropdown to choose from predefined 30-minute intervals, starting from the current hour.
If you need a more specific time, enter hours and minutes manually in the input field. Past times cannot be selected.
β οΈ Important
To make your campaign time-limited, tick the Set end date checkbox and define both end date and end time. Otherwise, the Boost campaign will run continuously until manually deleted in the admin panel.

Inclusion β allow only customers with listed tags.
Exclusion β forbid customers with listed tags.
3. Manage your campaign
Click Save to launch the campaign.
Use Edit in the campaign list or Delete in the boost campaign page to manage existing campaigns.
Confirm deletion in the dialog: βThis action cannot be undone. Are you sure you want to delete this boost campaign?β
Key considerations
Multiplier priority
Only one multiplier applies at a time. Growave calculates multiplied rewards in the following order of priority:
Birthday points multiplier
Boost campaign multiplier
VIP Tier multiplier
This means that if several multipliers are active simultaneously, the Birthday multiplier takes precedence over any Boost or VIP Tier settings. When a Boost campaign is active, it overrides VIP Tier multipliers for eligible customers.
Boost campaign priority (nested logic)
When multiple Boost campaigns overlap, Growave applies only one boost multiplier according to this internal priority:
Specific sales channels
Specific product
Specific collection
All orders
Limits and restrictions
You can create up to 10 boost campaigns.
Only one order boost can be active at a time.
Duplicate boosts for the same sales channel, product, variant, or collection are not allowed.
Plan requirement: Boost campaigns are available on the Growth plan and higher.
