Users of Growave 2.0 can add the loyalty info extension for new customer account pages in Shopify to enhance user engagement by displaying key loyalty information.

Loyalty info extension is available starting from Growave's Growth plan on any Shopify subscription plan.
Loyalty info extension displays:
Points balance, along with expiration dates, if expiration is enabled under Rewards → Settings → Points expiry. Learn how to set up points expiration.
A "Redeem reward" link that leads to the shop home page and triggers a Rewards popup by default. To change the "Redeem reward" link, click the Loyalty info extension and add a new link in the relevant field.
VIP Tier status, including a progress bar showing progress to the next tier.
A Referral program section with an easily shareable referral link.
⚠️ Important
The Loyalty Info extension will display only active apps (Points, VIP Tiers, and Referrals). Disabled apps will not appear in this extension.
How to set up Loyalty info extension
In your Shopify admin panel, go to Online Store → Themes → Customize.
From the customizer’s pages dropdown, select Checkout and customer accounts.
In the left sidebar, click Apps icon → click + (plus) icon next to Loyalty info → select Profile or Orders page to place this extension.
You can also add the Loyalty info extension from the Onsite widgets menu. In Growave admin, go to Onsite widgets → Extensions for Shopify → find Loyalty info → click Add button:
You will be redirected to the Profile page in theme customizer where you can add this extension from the Apps block in the left-side menu.
How to use custom images in Loyalty info extension
Click Loyalty Info extension in the Shopify page customizer and add URLs of custom images for Points and VIP Tiers section of the extension:
