How to add Loyalty info extension for new account pages in Shopify

Users of Growave V2 can add the loyalty info extension for new customer account pages in Shopify to enhance user engagement by displaying key loyalty information.

NOTE: This extension is available starting from Growave's Growth plan on any Shopify subscription plan.

Loyalty info extension displays:

  • Points balance, along with expiration dates, if expiration is enabled in the Points program status settings. Learn how to set up points expiration.
  • VIP Tier status, including a progress bar showing progress to the next tier.
  • A Referral program section with an easily shareable referral link.

How to set up Loyalty info extension:

  1. In your Shopify admin panel, go to Online Store → Themes → Customize.
  2. From the customizer’s pages dropdown, select Checkout and customer accounts.
  3. In the Checkout dropdown, select Orders or Profile.
  4. In the left sidebar, select Add app block → Loyalty info.

How to set up the loyalty info widget

This new feature empowers you to boost customer loyalty and referrals directly within the accounts page.
