How to manually adjust customer's points balance

Growave allows you to have full control over your customers' points balance directly from your admin panel. Whether you need to add or subtract points for a specific customer, you can manage it without hassle. Follow these steps to begin:

  • Go to the Customers section in the Growave admin panel and find the customer whose balance you want to edit:

  • Open their profile and click the Edit button:

  • You can add or subtract points, and include a reason for the adjustment:

To notify the customer about a points balance update, go to RewardsNotifications and configure automatic notifications:

IMPORTANT: Customers will only receive notifications if they opt to receive updates from your store.

NOTE: Customers cannot transfer points to other customers. However, Growave's Rewards and Loyalty program allows users to send discounts to friends through the Referral program. For more details, refer to our guide on the Referral program.
