How to manually adjust customer's points balance

We all want to control everything that happens in our business. This also applies to our customers' points balance. And here, in Growave you can always do it from your admin panel!

First of all, you can find members' data in the "Customers" section. Let me explain it step by step.


Add/subtract points to a specific customer:

To start adding or subtracting points please go to the Dashboard > Customers

All you need to do is to find the needed customer, go to their profile, and edit the balance by clicking on the "Edit" button. There is also an option to write the reason for the change and notify the member.

With the same "Edit balance" button you may deduct points from the balance simply See an example below:

NOTE: The customers cannot share their points with other customers. However, our Rewards and Loyalty program has a solution that allows users to send discounts to their friends. For more details be sure to check this guide - About the Referral program.
