How to change email address for shop owner notifications
Keeping your email notifications up-to-date ensures you never miss important updates from Growave. Whether you want to receive alerts about new reviews, customer activity, or updates on your Loyalty & Rewards program, Growave makes it easy to manage these notifications.
Follow these steps to change your notification email:
- Go to the Growave admin panel and navigate to Settings.
- Under the General section, locate the System notifications.
- Enter the new email address for notifications.
- Check your inbox for a verification email from Amazon Web Services and complete the verification.
Enable extra notifications to stay informed about new reviews, customer questions, and referral program activity.
- Go to Reviews → Settings.
- In the General tab, navigate to Manage reviews section and enable notifications about new reviews:
- In the Questions & Answers tab, enable notifications about customer questions.
- Go to Rewards → Referrals → Fraud detection section to set up alerts for suspicious activity in your referral program.
