How to change your email address for notifications

What are the notifications?

Growave sends different notifications to customers in the form of reminder emails. They include Wishlist reminders, Review requests, Loyalty and Rewards notifications, replies to asked questions etc. Growave also sends emails to the shop owners to notify them about new reviews, ask questions, complete imports, etc.

Let's dive into more details on how to set up the email address for those occasions.


How to change the email address for notifications?

If you want to change the email address from which the notifications will be sent to your customers, please go to Settings from the dashboard:

In the General Settings menu, you will see the System Notifications part where you can change the email address. 

Please, don't forget to verify your email so the system can save the changes. You can find the verification request email from Amazon Web Services in your inbox.

As you may see on this page, there is a field called Sender Email Address. Once you specify it, the users who will receive messages from our app will see it as the sender of the message.

In regards to the System notification email, it's the email address of the shop owner to which Growave will send notifications about new reviews, ask questions, complete the import of reviews or points, and export users.

Additionally, from the Reviews settings, you may enable notifications about new reviews and questions:
