How to change email address for shop owner notifications

Keeping your email notifications up-to-date ensures you never miss important updates from Growave. Whether you want to receive alerts about new reviews, customer activity, or updates on your Loyalty & Rewards program, Growave makes it easy to manage these notifications.

Follow these steps to change your notification email:

  • Go to the Growave admin panel and navigate to Settings.
  • Under the General settings section, locate the System notifications.
  • Enter the new email address for notifications.
  • Check your inbox for a verification email from Amazon Web Services and complete the verification.

Enable extra notifications to stay informed about new reviews, customer questions, and referral program activity.

  1. Go to Reviews → Settings.
  • In the General tab, navigate to the Manage reviews section and enable notifications about new reviews:
