How to use the Wishlist activity dashboard

Learn how to track product performance, inventory demands, and revenue generated from your customers' wishlists.

The Wishlist activity dashboard allows you to track individual product performance, inventory demands, and the exact revenue generated directly from your customers' wishlists.

How to use the Wishlist activity dashboard

Follow these steps to access your metrics and select a reporting period:

  1. In your Growave admin panel, go to WishlistWishlist activity tab.

  2. Click the date picker to open the period selection modal.

  3. Choose the reporting period you want to analyze.

📘 Note

You can use predefined periods of the last 30, 60, or 90 days, or indicate a custom period by selecting start and end dates using the calendar view.

Reporting metrics

Monitor the following metrics in the data table below the date picker:

  • Product: Displays the product image and title. If product variants exist, click the dropdown arrow to expand and view metrics for specific variants.

  • Added to wishlist: Shows the total number of times the product was saved to wishlists during the selected period (with a breakdown by product variants, if any).

  • In stock: Indicates the current inventory status of the wishlisted item (In stock / Out of stock).

  • Purchased: Shows how many times the wishlisted product was bought during the selected period.

  • Revenue: Displays the total revenue generated from purchases of the wishlisted items within the selected period (with a revenue breakdown by product variants, if any).
