How to pick the photos you want to publish?

When you create a new gallery, the Auto approve setting is enabled by default. This automatically publishes all available and new photos from your connected Instagram account.

If you want to review photos before publishing, disable auto-approval. This will add photos to the gallery preview, where you can manually select which ones to display. Learn how to manually publish photos below.

To limit which photos are pulled from Instagram into the gallery, use hashtags to filter the content.

What is the difference between the 'Auto approve' and 'Manual publish' options?

• Auto approve: Automatically publishes all updated posts from your Instagram account to the gallery.
• Manual publish: Allows you to manually choose which photos you would like to display in your gallery.

How to manually publish photos?

To manually manage the photos that appear in your gallery, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Growave admin → Instagram UGC, and open your gallery.
2. Browse through your photos.
3. Click on the Checkmark button on the selected photo to hide or show it.
   • A green checkmark indicates a published photo.
   • A grey checkmark indicates an unpublished photo.

How to embed your Instagram gallery into Shopify pages?

You can embed your Instagram gallery into Shopify using one of the following methods:

1. Shop Instagram page

A Shop Instagram page is automatically created with your gallery. You can view and customize it from the Shoppable Instagram Pape page in Growave admin and then add in to you Shopify store menu (see instructions below).

2. Shopify store home page

The easiest way to embed your gallery into the home page without coding skills is to add Instagram UGC widgets using Shopify theme customizer. Learn more

3. Embed code

Add your Instagram gallery to any page using the Shopify page editor, page customizer or Code editor by copying and pasting the embed code. Read more

How to add the shoppable gallery link to your Instagram profile?

Follow these steps to add your Shopify gallery link to your Instagram profile:

1. Go to the Shop Instagram Page section of the Instagram UGC app.
2. Click the copy icon to copy your gallery URL.
3. Open the Instagram app on your mobile device and follow relevant instructions:

How to add a Shop Instagram page link to site navigation?

Follow these steps to add the Shop Instagram page link to your Shopify store's navigation:

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Content → Menus.
2. Select the Main menu.
3. Click the Add menu item button.
4. In the Label field, type the desired page title.
5. Under the Link field, select Pages from the dropdown and choose the Shop Our Instagram page.
6. Click Check icon and save changes.

Now, your customers can access the Shop Instagram gallery directly from your site’s navigation.
