Getting started with Wishlist

The Wishlist app helps reduce shopping cart abandonment and sends targeted reminder emails to convert interested visitors into customers. Shoppers can save their favorite products and return later to make a purchase. This also allows you to track customer preferences and identify popular items in your store.


Wishlist feature overview

Once you've completed the onboarding process, you can customize the Wishlist app in the Growave admin panel. Here, you can manage how the Wishlist appears on your storefront and view key statistics and activity over a selected period.

In the Manage Wishlist section, you’ll find insights like Most loved items and Out-of-stock favorites, which will give you a clear idea of what your customers are most interested in.

Wishlist Notifications

In the Wishlist Notifications section, you can set up automated reminder emails to boost conversions and strengthen your store’s social proof. The system can send up to three personalized emails reminding customers about the items saved in their Wishlist, including notifications for items on sale or back in stock. You can also track the performance of enabled notifications over the past 30 days, with insights into sent emails, open rates, and conversions.

Wishlist settings

Customize the Wishlist functionality by adjusting the following settings in the Growave admin panel:

  1. Enable or disable the Wishlist app
  2. Require guests to provide an email address
  3. Automatically remove items from the Wishlist upon purchase (available in Growave 2.0, learn more about new features)
  4. Allow customers to share their Wishlists with others
