We’d be sad to see you go, but if you’ve decided to remove Growave 1.0, it’s important to ensure there’s no leftover code on your site after the uninstall.
⚠️ Important
After deleting the Growave app, your associated data will be stored for 48 hours. After this period, all data will be permanently removed.
If you want to stop charges but keep your data and settings for later, you do not need to uninstall the app. Switch to the Free plan instead. In Growave admin, navigate to Settings → Billing → select the Free plan.
Identify your version
You’re likely on Growave 1.0 if:
You installed the app before January 22, 2024, and
You have not migrated to Growave 2.0

Growave 1.0 adds some code to your store’s theme, so you’ll need help cleaning it up after uninstalling:

Mention you’re uninstalling Growave 1.0 and request theme code removal.
Please grant us access to your Themes and Edit code sections in Shopify.
