How to export customers and reviews from Yotpo

Exporting customers from Yotpo

You can export your customer list to a CSV file containing the following details:

• Email address
• First name
• Last name
• Current points balance
• Referral link

1. Navigate to Customers in Yotpo Loyalty.
2. Click the Export button in the top-right corner.
3. Choose between all customers or those captured with the newsletter sign-up popup.

Yotpo will send a download link to the email address associated with your account.

Exporting reviews from Yotpo

You can export reviews to a CSV file for analysis or migration.

1. In Yotpo Reviews, go to Reviews → Moderation.

In Smile admin, go to Program → Activity → choose program type (Points, Referrals, VIP) → click View all [program name] activity link → click Export. A copy of the CSV file will be sent to your email address associated with the Smile account.
