How to create a staff account for Growave?

In certain situations, in order to address your inquiries effectively, our support team may require access to your Shopify Admin Panel, necessitating the provision of a staff account. We assure you that your data security is of utmost importance to us; we are requesting access only to conduct a thorough investigation. Please feel free to revoke this access after our task is completed. Thank you!

Please, follow these steps to create a staff account:

1) Go to the Shopify Admin Panel

2) Open the "Settings" section:

3) In "Settings", please open the "Users and permissions" section:

4) Click on "Add staff":

5) Then, fill in the following boxes:

Please kindly provide us the full permission by ticking all of the sections and after that click on "Send invite":
