How to create staff account for Growave support and approve collaborator request

In some cases, our support team may require access to your Shopify admin panel to investigate and resolve your inquiries effectively. Your data security is our top priority, and we request access solely to assist with your issue. Once the task is completed, you can revoke our access at any time.

Create staff account for Growave support

Follow these steps to create a staff account for Growave:

  1. In Shopify admin, navigate to SettingsUsers and permissions.
  2. Click the "Add staff" link:

  1. In the Staff section fill in the following details:
    • First name: Growave
    • Last name: Support
    • Email: support@growave.io
  2. Grant all necessary permissions in the Store permission and App permissions (Growave app) sections below the contact form, then click Send invite.

Once the invite is sent and accepted, our support team will gain temporary access to assist you.

Approve collaborator request

Alternatively, Growave support can send a collaborator request to access specific settings or sections of your store. To approve a collaborator request:

  1. Click the Bell icon in the upper-right corner of your Shopify admin.
  2. Select the New collaborator request notification. This will redirect you to the Users and permissions page. mentioned above:

3. In the Users and permissions page, find the Collaborators section and click the Review request link:

  1. You will be redirected to the Collaborator information page. Check permissions and click the Accept request button at the bottom:
