FAQ on Growave pricing policy

When does overage billing happen?

Your Growave subscription is billed monthly on your contract date. For example, if your paid plan started on the 21st of the month, you will be billed on the 21st of each following month.


What are Growave prices based on?

Growave pricing is based on your monthly order volume and the features you need. Higher order volumes and advanced features are available on higher-tier plans. Our pricing is designed to offer a flexible solution that adapts to your business needs without hidden fees.


Are there any setup fees or other charges?

No, Growave does not charge any setup fees or hidden charges.


How are orders calculated?

Orders are calculated based on the following sales channels:

  • Shopify
  • Shopify POS

Orders from other channels, such as Amazon or eBay, do not count toward the monthly order volume.


Which plan should I choose as a new customer?

After installing Growave, you'll be directed to the billing page to select a plan. You can choose any plan regardless of your order volume. Order tracking and notifications will begin after your payment transaction is completed.

How many days of a trial period can I use before being charged?

You get a 14-day trial period on ‘Entry’‘Growth’, and ‘Plus’ plans.

  • The number of trial days will be displayed in your Admin. 
  • If you are already on any plan during the trial and decide to change your plan, you will have some days left during the upgrade. For example, you have spent 8 days of the trial, then once the plan is updated, you will have 6 days left.
  • If you have already used 14 days and decided to change your plan, then you will be provided with 1 trial day as a bonus for another plan (upgrade\downgrade).
  • If you deleted the app more than 60 days ago, then we'll provide you with a 14-day trial again.
  • If you have selected the ‘Custom plan’, the trial period duration will be determined by mutual agreement.

How long is the trial period?

Growave offers a 14-day free trial on the Entry, Growth, and Plus plans. The remaining trial days will be visible in your admin panel.

If you upgrade or downgrade during the trial, any remaining trial days will be carried over. If your trial ends and you change your plan, you'll receive one additional trial day for the new plan.

If you reinstall Growave more than 60 days after uninstalling, you'll receive a new 14-day trial.

Trial duration for Unlimited plan is determined by mutual agreement.


What features are available on each Growave plan?

What happens if I exceed my monthly included orders?

Each plan includes a fixed number of prepaid orders (e.g., Entry includes up to 500 orders). If you exceed this limit, additional orders will be charged at $10–$15 per 100 orders, depending on your plan.

On the Free plan, the monthly limit is 100 orders, with a total limit of 500 orders. Once you reach this limit, Growave widgets will stop working, and no further email notifications will be sent. Consider upgrading to a paid plan to continue using Growave features.


Can I cancel or change my plan?

You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan anytime from the Growave pricing page in the admin panel.


Can someone help me set up Growave?

Yes, our support team offers free integration assistance and ongoing support. Contact us at support@growave.io or through the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your admin panel.


Do test orders and refunded orders count toward my monthly order volume?

No, test orders and orders with the Refunded or Partially refunded status are not counted toward your monthly order volume.


Does Growave support businesses with high order volumes?

Yes, Growave supports businesses of all sizes, including high-volume brands such as Boeing, Unilever, and SM Global Shop. Contact our team to discuss custom solutions.


What will happen to customers on legacy pricing plans?

Customers on legacy pricing plans will continue to use the app at the same rates. However, switching to a new pricing plan is permanent and cannot be reversed.
