How am I charged for Growave?
Growave's pricing is designed to help brands leverage the All-in-One marketing platform to grow their business while offering customers the benefits of the Loyalty and Referrals program, Reviews, and Wishlist features.
After the 14-day free trial ends, Growave applies a fixed monthly subscription charge based on the selected plan. Each plan includes a prepaid number of monthly orders. If the number of orders exceeds the prepaid amount, a usage charge will be applied based on the additional orders.
💳 Note
The 30-day subscription fee for the selected Growave plan is billed at the start of each billing cycle. The Growave usage charge will also appear on your Shopify invoice, even if the billing period for Growave differs from your Shopify billing cycle. You can view your Shopify invoice in your Shopify billing settings.
Pricing for Growave subscription
Each Growave plan applies a different rate for additional orders beyond the number of orders included in the base price. Here's a breakdown of the scaling pricing model:
Entry plan
Base price: $49.
Included orders: 500 orders monthly.
Price for an additional package of 100 orders: $15 ($0.15 per order).
Maximum order limit and maximum price: 1500 orders at $199.
After exceeding the order limit, choose a more suitable plan based on your monthly order volume. For example, the Growth plan starts at $199 and includes 1500 orders with access to advanced features.
Growth plan
Base price: $199.
Included orders: 1500 orders monthly.
Price for an additional package of 100 orders: $15 ($0.15 per order).
Maximum order limit and maximum price: 5000 orders at $724.
After exceeding the order limit, consider upgrading to the Plus or Unlimited plan depending on your monthly order volume. These plans also include more advanced features compared to the Growth plan.
Plus plan
Base price: $499.
Included orders: 3000 orders monthly.
Price for an additional package of 100 orders: $10 ($0.10 per order).
Maximum order limit and maximum price: 9000 orders at $1099.
After exceeding the order limit, upgrade to the Unlimited plan for unlimited orders.
Unlimited
Base price: $999.
Included orders: Unlimited.
No additional usage charges apply
