How to use Boost campaign feature

This feature allows you to offer additional points for placing orders during a specific period, helping you run special events and promotions to attract more visitors and increase engagement. Boost campaigns are available starting from the Growth plan.

How to set up a Boost campaign

  1. In the Growave admin panel, navigate to the Points section.
  2. Click on the Boost campaign button.

  1. Set the Points multiplier, start and end dates, and time for the campaign.

NOTE: The timezone for the Boost campaign follows the Shopify store settings. Be sure to set both the date and time correctly.

  1. Click Start campaign when ready to run it.

Key considerations

VIP Tier exception

If you’ve enabled the Points multiplier feature in a VIP Tier, only the Boost campaign multiplier will be applied.

Reward for birthday purchases

If a Boost campaign is active at the same time as the Birthday points multiplier, customers who place an order on their birthday will receive points based on the multiplier settings in the Celebrate birthday reward.

Only one multiplier will apply, with the following priority order:

  1. Birthday point multiplier
  2. Boost campaign multiplier
  3. VIP Tier multiplier
