Growave’s integration with Klaviyo allows you to seamlessly embed loyalty, VIP tiers, referrals, and pending reviews into Klaviyo’s Customer Hub, enhancing the account experience for your customers. These Growave-powered content blocks deliver personalized engagement directly within the “For you” tab, without requiring code.
Eligibility and Requirements
Growave: Entry plan or above (uses one integration slot).
Klaviyo: Paid plan + Customer Hub beta access (English Shopify stores).
Shopify customer accounts: required for login and authentication.
How it works and setup steps
Growave syncs loyalty, VIP, referral, and review data with Klaviyo. Once Customer Hub is enabled in Klaviyo (beta feature) and set to Live, customers access it through your store's account/profile link, login via Shopify, and instantly see Growave content blocks.
Here’s how to set it up:
Enable the Klaviyo integration in Growave
Go to Growave admin → Integrations and activate Klaviyo.

Enable Customer Hub feature in Klaviyo
If you joined the Customer Hub waitlist and received beta access:
In Klaviyo, go to → Customer Hub, click Enable Customer Hub.
On the next page, you can customize the Customer Hub design — for now, you can click Do later and continue setup.
Activate Customer Hub in Klaviyo
In Klaviyo, go to Customer Hub → Settings → General, toggle Visibility to Live. This enables consumers to open the Hub using existing account links.
Authentication defaults to Shopify login, ensuring a secure and seamless experience.
You can skip this step and activate Customer Hub later, after adding Growave blocks.
Install Growave content blocks
In Klaviyo, navigate to Customer Hub → Settings (gear icon) → Content → Add content block → Integrations → Growave. From the library, select the following blocks:
Points balance: shows loyalty points balance.
VIP status: displays current VIP tier.
Referrals: offers a shareable referral link.
Pending reviews: lists products awaiting reviews after purchase.
Each block comes pre-configured with personalization tags and Growave links — just add blocks and optionally adjust titles and descriptions.

Style and manage the Hub launcher
Under Customer Hub → Design, you can:
Adjust fonts, colors, button style, and drawer position.
Set launcher visibility: All users, Logged-in users, Logged-out users, or Hidden.
✅ Pro tip
If you're already using Growave’s floating launchers (Rewards, Reviews, Wishlist), hiding the Customer Hub launcher minimizes visual overlap and keeps your storefront tidy.
Publish and go live
After saving, Growave content blocks appear in the “For you” tab for authenticated customers.
Notes to keep in mind
Logged-in users only: Content blocks and personalized data (points, tier, pending reviews) display only after authentication.
Anonymous visitors won’t see Growave’s personalized data.
Customer Hub is in beta, so features or behavior may evolve over time.
