Growave App Charges and Billing
How am I charged for Growave?
The Growave pricing is built for brands to use Growave's All-in-one marketing platform and get the most out of it. Ensuring brands will grow their business and brands’ customers enjoy all benefits and perks of the Loyalty and Referrals program, Reviews, and Wishlist features.
Once the 14-day free trial has ended a fixed monthly subscription charge is applied for the chosen Growave plan which includes a prepaid number of orders. When you overreach the prepaid amount of orders in the chosen plan there will be a usage charge applied based on the used numbers.
- A 30-day monthly subscription for a chosen Growave plan will be billed at the beginning of each 30 days.
- Your Shopify bill will also include the Growave usage charge even though the billing period for Growave might be separate. You can find your Shopify invoice in your Shopify Billing settings
Pricing for Growave subscription
Each plan has a different logic for how merchants will be charged for an additional 100 orders. Here's the logic behind our Scaling Pricing:
Entry Plan:
- Original Price: $49
- Included Orders: 500 orders monthly
- Price for Additional Package of 100 Orders: $15 (added to the base price, making it $0.15 per order)
- Maximum Order Limit and Maximum Price: 1500 orders at $199
Growth plan:
- Original Price: $149
- Included Orders: 1500 orders monthly
- Price for Additional Package of 100 Orders: $15 (added to the base price, making it $0.15 per order)
- Maximum Order Limit and Maximum Price: 5000 orders at $674
Plus plan:
- Base Price: $399
- Included Orders: 3000 orders monthly
- Price for Additional Package of 100 Orders: $10 (added to the base price, making it $0.10 per order)
- Maximum Order Limit and Maximum Price: 9000 orders at $999
NOTE: If you're processing over 3000 orders per month, please contact us at support@growave.io, and we'll assist you in selecting the appropriate plan.
