Growave billing, subscriptions, and refunds

NOTE: Shopify manages all app charges and billing cycles according to their billing policy.

Subscription charges

Growave offers pricing plans designed to fit your business needs and budget. Plans are based on the number of monthly orders, with higher-tier plans including additional features. You can explore our pricing plans on the Growave pricing page.

A 14-day free trial allows you to explore Growave’s features and evaluate how they can help you drive traffic, increase customer engagement, and boost sales. For the Unlimited plan, the trial period duration is determined by mutual agreement.

By starting the free trial, you automatically authorize Shopify to apply charges once the trial ends. Shopify does not request additional confirmation before the subscription begins.

If you uninstall the app, Shopify will stop charging for the subscription once the app and its files are completely removed from your store. However, any pending payments before the uninstallation will still be charged. Refer to our guide on uninstalling Growave to ensure proper removal.


Paused stores and plan changes

If you pause your store through Shopify’s settings, Shopify will continue to charge for Growave unless the app and its files are fully removed. Make sure to uninstall the app and its files to stop charges during store pauses.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time via the Growave pricing page in the admin panel.

Refunds

Refunds are available only if you uninstall the app within the first 7 calendar days of your subscription period or renewal. Refunds can be processed in two ways:

  • Direct refund: The amount will be credited to your bank account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Shopify credit: The amount will be credited to your Shopify account and can only be used for Shopify apps and services. Learn more about Shopify credits here.

Our management team reviews refund requests within 30 days. Depending on the reason for the request, refunds may be full or partial.
